Fáthima P. Torres, a dynamic leader of Dominican descent born in the United States, is the Founder & CEO of One Culture and Coaching Strategies. With an illustrious career spanning over 30 years, Fáthima specializes in business administration with a deep focus on executive leadership, operations, and human resources management. Her credentials are further enhanced by her certification as a business and executive coach.

Throughout her illustrious career, Fáthima P. Torres has occupied crucial executive positions at top-tier organizations, including Guardian Life Insurance, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Mutual of New York, and Gallers Financial Group. After enduring the harrowing 9/11 attacks, Fáthima made a transformative decision to dedicate her expertise to the community and support vulnerable populations. This profound commitment led her to the non-profit sector, where she has significantly contributed to organizations such as the Alzheimer Foundation of America, YWCA Brooklyn, Girls Educational and Mentoring Services (GEMS), and Make the Road New York. At Make the Road, Fáthima played a pivotal role in elevating the organization's impact to a national level, now rebranded as Make the Road States. In her capacity as National Director of Human Resources there, she led transformative strategic initiatives that fundamentally reshaped the organization's HR framework, demonstrating her unparalleled leadership and commitment to social advancement.
